Basketball Game Preview: Glendora Tartans vs. Bonita Bearcats

The Glendora Tartans are taking a road trip to challenge the Bonita Bearcats at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Glendora's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 19 games.

Last Thursday, Glendora was fully in charge, breezing past Claremont 77-48. The Tartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 26 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Bonita's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. The contest between them and Walnut didn't end well, with Bonita falling 56-39.

Glendora's victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.7 points per game. As for Bonita, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-9.

Glendora came up short against Bonita in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, falling 68-62. Can Glendora avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
