Volleyball Recap: Terry Sanford Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Terry Sanford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Gray's Creek Bears, falling 3-0. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Bears from their previous meeting back in December of 2020.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-5, 25-11.

Terry Sanford's offense was headlined by Avery Morris and Natalia Marcelin, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from Abigayle Hodges and her three assists.

Terry Sanford's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Gray's Creek, they pushed their record up to 14-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Terry Sanford wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Purnell Swett on the 25th. As for Gray's Creek, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Scotland on the 25th.
