Soccer Recap: Howards Grove Gets the Win

Howards Grove proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 win over Three Lakes/Phelps.

Howards Grove's offense was hitting Three Lakes/Phelps from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

The victory got Howards Grove back to even at 7-7-2. As for Three Lakes/Phelps, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 8-5-1.

Coming up, Howards Grove will face off against Kohler at 7:00 p.m. on the 23rd. Three Lakes/Phelps does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
