Volleyball Game Preview: Hozho Academy Wolves vs. Navajo Pine Warriors

Hozho Academy hasn't had much luck against Navajo Pine recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Wolves will host the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Saturday, Hozho Academy came up short against Reserve and fell 3-1.

Hozho Academy was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Reserve work for it, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 18-25, 25-15, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Navajo Pine lost 3-0 to Bosque on Saturday.

While Navajo Pine was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Bosque's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-13, 25-19.

Hozho Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Navajo Pine, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.
