Basketball Recap: Dover Comes Up Short

Dover lost against Keene back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Dover Green Wave were outmatched by the Keene Blackbirds and fell 64-32. The matchup marked the Green Wave's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Dover is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-11. As for Keene, their victory bumped their record up to 13-5.

Looking ahead, Dover will face off against Pinkerton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dover is facing Pinkerton at the right time seeing as Pinkerton is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Keene, they will challenge Londonderry at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keene knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 14 contests -- so hopefully Londonderry likes a good challenge.
