Volleyball Game Preview: Baystate Academy vs. Central Golden Eagles

Baystate Academy will head out on the road to square off against the Central Golden Eagles at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Baystate Academy was handed a three-set loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out Agawam 3-2.

Baystate Academy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 26-28, 17-25, 25-20, 25-20, 15-11.

Central not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 17th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against Sci-Tech as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Central was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-15, 25-19.

Baystate Academy's record is now 7-8. As for Central, their record now sits at 13-2.
