Doane Academy put another one in the bag  on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Pennsauken Indians by a score of  11-7.
 Jacob Powell made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  struck out 11 batters over  6.2 innings while giving up  six earned runs off   six  hits. Powell was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news, Doane Academy let  Chris Powell and  Shane Bobroski run wild. Powell  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-5, while  Bobroski  went 2-for-3 with four  RBI. Those  four  RBI gave  Bobroski a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Hunter Johnson, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-4.
Doane Academy pushed their record up to 11-0 with the  victory, which was their eighth straight  at home dating back to last season.
