Soccer Game Preview: High Tech NC vs. Chula Vista Learning Community Charter

The High Tech NC Raptor will square off against the Chula Vista Learning Community Charter Cobras at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chula Vista Learning Community Charter took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on High Tech NC, who comes in off a win.

High Tech NC is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They were the clear victor by a 5-1 margin over Army-Navy back in December of 2024. With the Raptor ahead 5-0 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Meanwhile, Chula Vista Learning Community Charter fell victim to Madison and their airtight defense on Monday. 2025 welcomed they with a 4-0 loss courtesy of the Warhawks. While losing is never fun, the Cobras can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 901st, while the Warhawks are ranked 328th).

Chula Vista Learning Community Charter dropped their record down to 3-6-2 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for High Tech NC, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1-2.

High Tech NC might still be hurting after the 9-1 loss they got from Chula Vista Learning Community Charter when the teams last played back in February of 2023. Can High Tech NC avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
