Volleyball Recap: Cooper Takes a Loss

Cooper suffered their biggest loss since October 10, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against the Oakridge Owls, falling 3-0. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Cooper had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20, 25-19.

Cooper's defeat dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Oakridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-2 record this season.

Cooper will head out to take on Trinity Valley at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Oakridge, they will face off against The Awty International at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
