Softball Recap: Kenmore West Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

Kenmore West barely beat Lewiston-Porter the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Blue Devils were the clear victors by a 13-5 margin over the Lancers on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Blue Devils, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Ally Foglia, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Julia Vuich, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.

Kenmore West's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-6. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Lewiston-Porter, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

As of now, neither Kenmore West nor the Lancers have any future games scheduled.
