The Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions will head out on the road to face off against the DC International Dragons at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Washington Latin Public Charter School is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
Last Thursday, Washington Latin Public Charter School had to suffer through a rough 67-32 loss at the hands of Parkside. Washington Latin Public Charter School was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-22.
Meanwhile, DC International's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They took a 48-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of Friendship Collegiate Academy.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Jordan Mason, who scored 12 points. The contest was his ninth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bradshaw Cuff, who scored seven points.
Washington Latin Public Charter School's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for DC International, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
Washington Latin Public Charter School suffered a grim 57-31 defeat to DC International in their previous meeting back in February. Can Washington Latin Public Charter School avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
