Volleyball Recap: Reagan Starts Season with Win at Home

Reagan gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They blew past the West Stokes Wildcats 3-0. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Reagan took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-15, 25-11.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Reagan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brielynd Riddle, who had six digs and two aces. Another player making a difference was Klaire Weiss, who had three digs and two aces.

They weren't the only good server: Reagan was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Looking ahead, Reagan will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against South Stokes at 6:15 p.m. As for West Stokes, they will take on East Forsyth at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
