Basketball Recap: Pella Takes a Loss

Pella suffered their biggest defeat since December 6, 2024 on Tuesday. They took a blow against the Southeast Polk Rams, falling 78-47. The Dutch just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Pella's defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-6. As for Southeast Polk, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-10.

Pella will host Newton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Pella is facing Newton at the right time seeing as Newton is stuck on a four-game losing streak. Southeast Polk has already played their next match (against Urbandale), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
