Volleyball Recap: Daniel Boone Comes Up Short

Daniel Boone was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Governor Mifflin Mustangs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Blazers of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Daniel Boone's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Governor Mifflin, they pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Daniel Boone will host Cedar Crest at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Governor Mifflin, they will venture away from home to take on Emmaus at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Hornets will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something the Mustangs surely won't give up without a fight.
