Basketball Recap: Oxbow Takes a Loss

Oxbow won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They lost 55-30 to the Danville Bears. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Olympians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 77-49 back in January.

Oxbow has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Danville, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-4.

Oxbow has already played their next game (against Twinfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Danville will square off against Williamstown at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
