Basketball Recap: Perrydale Comes Up Short

Perrydale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 58-55 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lyle Cougars.

Perrydale's defeat dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Lyle, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Perrydale has already played their next game (against Lyle/Wishram), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lyle, they will be playing in front of their home fans against South Wasco County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
