Basketball Recap: New Berlin Eisenhower Takes a Loss

New Berlin Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost to the New Berlin West Vikings on the road by a 67-50 margin. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 200th, while the Vikings are ranked 89th).

New Berlin Eisenhower's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for New Berlin West, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-6.

New Berlin Eisenhower will square off against Pewaukee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pewaukee has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 224 points over their last three contests. As for New Berlin West, they will challenge West Allis Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (New Berlin West has won four straight at home, while West Allis Central won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
