Lakes is 8-2 against Round Lake since February of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Eagles will face off against the Panthers at 3:00 p.m. One thing working in Lakes' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

Lakes took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They walked away with a 66-55 victory over Grayslake North.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 61 points the game before, Round Lake was a bit more limited in their game on Wednesday. They took a 47-29 bruising from Grayslake Central. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost nine in a row.

Lakes is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. Having lost for the first time this season, Round Lake fell to 4-1.

Lakes took their win against Round Lake when the teams last played back in February by a conclusive 53-33 score. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
