Volleyball Recap: Barrington's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Barrington waltzed into their match on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Buffalo Grove Bison by a score of 2-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-1 victory on October 14th.

Barrington not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Buffalo Grove between 19 and 21 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21.

Kalyn Brookbank paced Barrington's offense, picking up 17 kills. Brookbank got some help from Eve Adler and her 24 assists.

Barrington's win bumped their record up to 25-12. As for Buffalo Grove, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-18 record this season.

Barrington will be playing at home against Palatine at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Buffalo Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
