St. James will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: McDonogh 35 extended their winning streak to three on Thursday. The Roneagles blew past Abramson 41-0. That 41 point margin sets a new team best for the Roneagles this season.

Meanwhile, St. James was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 24-20 to Archbishop Shaw. While the Wildcats had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Eagles 13-3.

McDonogh 35's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for St. James, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 4-2.
