It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but East Boston ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They snuck past the Barnstable Red Hawks with a 52-48 win.

The victory got East Boston back to even at 1-1. As for Barnstable, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

East Boston will finish 2024 at home by hosting Revere at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Barnstable, they will venture away from home to challenge Foxborough at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
