Basketball Recap: Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats Takes a Loss

After flying high against Columbus HomeSchool last Tuesday, Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats came back down to earth. Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats took a 70-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of HEA Firebirds HomeSchool on Saturday. While losing is never fun, Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 177th in Indiana, while HEA Firebirds HomeSchool is ranked 45th in Michigan).

Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats' defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for HEA Firebirds HomeSchool, they pushed their record up to 22-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats will take on KIPP Legacy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for HEA Firebirds HomeSchool, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Anchor Bay at 7:00 p.m. on February 11th.
