Football Recap: Arab Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After soaring to 31 points the game before, Arab was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They took a 14-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Guntersville Wildcats. The Knights were not able to make up for their defeat to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Arab's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2. As for Guntersville, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Arab will venture away from home to face off against Madison Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will need to watch out since the Mustangs have now posted at least 31 points in their last three matches. As for Guntersville, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Grissom at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
