Baseball Recap: Greenville Starts Season with Win at Home

Greenville gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Charleston Bluejays a 14-0 shutout. That's more bragging rights for the Bears, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Coming up, Greenville will face off against Arcadia Valley at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Charleston, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when Charleston Bluejays face off against East Prairie Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
