Volleyball Recap: Baldwyn Beats Hamilton for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Baldwyn extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Aubrei Weaver. Everything went the Bearcats' way against the Hamilton Lions on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 victory thanks in part to Weaver, who had six digs and two aces. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Baldwyn never let Hamilton on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-21, 25-22.

Baldwyn's win bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Hamilton, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-7.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Baldwyn is set to take on their familiar foe Hatley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Hamilton will face off against rival New Site at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
