             The Moore Catholic Mavericks's homestand will continue as they prepare to take on the Cardinal Hayes Cardinals at 1:30  p.m.  on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

 Meanwhile, Cardinal Hayes is ranked highly in their home state and   on Friday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of DePaul Catholic. Cardinal Hayes received a  blow  as they fell  36-20 to DePaul Catholic. The Cardinals' defeat signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak dating back to last season.
 Having lost for the first time  this season, Moore Catholic  fell to 2-1. As for Cardinal Hayes, their loss  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 1-1.
 Moore Catholic came out on top in a nail-biter against Cardinal Hayes when the teams last played  back in October of 2022, sneaking past  25-22. Will Moore Catholic repeat their success,  or does  Cardinal Hayes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
