Volleyball Recap: Dora's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Dora hadn't done well against Carbon Hill recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. Dora narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Carbon Hill 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Dora has posted since September 14, 2024.

Dora's win ended a six-match drought on the road and puts them at 14-13. As for Carbon Hill, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 20-9 record this season.

Dora wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Oakman on the 4th. Carbon Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
