Volleyball Recap: Franklin Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Franklin, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Titusville Rockets 3-2. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Rockets recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Franklin got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 29-31, 25-23, 22-25, 26-24, 15-7.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Titusville, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 5-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Franklin is set to square off against their familiar foe Slippery Rock at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Titusville will challenge rival Grove City at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
