Crestwood put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They snuck past the Berkshire Badgers with a 44-39 victory. Given the Red Devils' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 136th, while the Badgers are ranked 694th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Leading Crestwood to victory were Dekota Johnson and Brody Durham. Johnson posted 18 points and eight rebounds, while Durham put up 11 points and five steals. What's more, Johnson also racked up two blocks, the most he's had since back in January of 2024. Steven Lincoln was another key player, putting up six points.

Crestwood smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 15 offensive boards in four consecutive contests.

Crestwood's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-0. As for Berkshire, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season.

Crestwood will host Lakeside at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Crestwood is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 61.6 points per game this season. As for Berkshire, they will challenge Cuyahoga Heights at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
