Basketball Recap: Sauk Centre Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

Osakis typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Sauk Centre proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 64-51 victory over the Osakis Silverstreaks. This was payback for the Mainstreeters, who suffered a 57-53 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Sauk Centre has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Osakis, their loss dropped their record down to 11-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sauk Centre will head out to challenge Foley at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Osakis, they will head out on the road to face off against Albany at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Albany will roll in looking for their 20th straight win, something Osakis surely won't give up without a fight.
