Football Game Preview: Forsyth Panthers vs. Buffalo Bison

The Forsyth Panthers will challenge the Buffalo Bison at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Forsyth has given up an average of 31.6 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Forsyth is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Fair Grove 58-34 on Friday. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 24 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Buffalo hadn't done well against Reeds Spring recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. In a tight game that could have gone either way, the Bison made off with a 15-14 victory over the Wolves. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bison as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The victory got Forsyth back to even at 4-4. As for Buffalo, their win bumped their record up to 2-6.

Everything came up roses for Forsyth against Buffalo in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 41-6 victory. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Bison have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
