Latta won the last time they faced Dillon and things went their way on Thursday too. The Vikings skirted past the Wildcats 3-2.

Latta took Dillon into a fifth set where they got it done with a four-point win. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 25-18, 25-20, 18-25, 15-11.

Latta's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2.

Latta has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Hannah-Pamplico on the 2nd. After both having extra time off, Dillon and Georgetown will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup will give the Wildcats their first taste of in-conference action this season.
