Soccer Recap: Sewickley Academy Find Success

Sewickley Academy proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by eight) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past the Trinity Christian Falcons 2-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Sewickley Academy was the better team in the second half.

Sewickley Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Trinity Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Sewickley Academy will face off against Aquinas Academy at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity Christian, they are taking a road trip to square off against Brownsville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
