Las Lomas lost to Ygnacio Valley back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Las Lomas Knights walked away with a 59-52 victory over the Ygnacio Valley Wolves. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

When it comes to explaining why Ygnacio Valley lost, don't look at Antonio Kellogg Jr. Despite the final result, he posted 18 points and five steals. Kellogg Jr's evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jalan Cody, who had ten points.

Las Lomas' win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Ygnacio Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-7.

Las Lomas has already played their next matchup, a 64-53 loss against Acalanes on the 13th. As for Ygnacio Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 58-45 defeat against Campolindo on the 15th.
