Hudson Kirkland turned in his biggest game of the season on Tuesday, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out seven over five innings pitched. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his seventh in a row with one or fewer earned runs. For the year, he has been strong no matter where he plays. On the mound, he has an ERA of 0.38 over 19.2 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat he has slashed 0.500/0.589/0.696 with 22 RBI, plus 16 stolen bases.

Looking ahead, Kirkland and Kendrick are taking a road trip to face off against Grangeville at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
