Bald Eagle Area extended their postseason success on Thursday against Marion Center. They skirted past the Stingers 1-0. The victory was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on 13 straight.

Marion Center's batters probably weren't too happy with Sierra Albright, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 12 Ks (she gave up six walks). Albright has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.

At the plate, Kendall Gavlock was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one home run. Those two hits gave her a new career-high.

Bald Eagle Area pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Marion Center, their loss dropped their record down to 15-5.

As of now, neither Bald Eagle Area nor the Stingers have any future games scheduled.
