Basketball Recap: Cane Bay's Luck Changes for the Better on Friday

The third road match was the charm for Cane Bay, as they earned their first road win of the season. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 36-19 victory over the Woodland Wolverines on Friday. The win was some much needed relief for the Cobras as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Cane Bay's victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Woodland, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Cane Bay will take on Rowan County in a tournament on Friday. Woodland and Colleton County will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on December 27th.
