Volleyball Game Preview: Woodbridge Barrons vs. Watchung Hills Regional Warriors

The Woodbridge Barrons will head out on the road to take on the Watchung Hills Regional Warriors at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Woodbridge will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating Kennedy Memorial, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. The Barrons walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Mustangs on Thursday. The win was some much needed relief for the Barrons as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Watchung Hills Regional, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Ridge on Thursday, sneaking past 2-1. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Warriors as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Woodbridge's record now sits at 4-10. As for Watchung Hills Regional, their record is now 7-5.

Woodbridge couldn't quite get it done against Watchung Hills Regional in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Barrons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
