Sullivan County is on a six-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and Canton a five-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Thursday. The Sullivan County Griffins will welcome the Canton Warriors at 4:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Sullivan County lost 20-5 to Montgomery on Wednesday. That's two games in a row now that the Griffins have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Cole Barto made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 4-for-3.

Meanwhile, Canton came up short against Troy on Monday, falling 12-2.

Bailey Gardner was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while going 3-for-3. Aaden Dowling also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
