Meanwhile, Del Norte came into Wednesday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They pulled ahead with a 48-47 photo finish over Fortuna on Wednesday.

Arcata is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.5 points per game. As for Del Norte, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 13-8.

Arcata took their victory against Del Norte when the teams last played on January 8th by a conclusive 63-41. The rematch might be a little tougher for Arcata since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
