Volleyball Recap: Mater Dei Catholic Takes a Loss

Mater Dei Catholic was the 2-0 winner over Mission Hills when they last played one another back in August of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Crusaders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grizzlies on Friday.

Mater Dei Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Mission Hills, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Coming up, Mater Dei Catholic will face off against Lincoln at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mission Hills, they are taking a road trip to take on El Camino at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
