Platte Valley might have lost, but man, Addy Grossnickle was a machine: she had 23 digs and two aces. Grossnickle is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Windsor Charter Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They put the hurt on Liberty Common with a sharp 3-0 win on Monday.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Windsor Charter Academy was: they took every set by at least 25 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Platte Valley now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Windsor Charter Academy, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-5.
