Basketball Recap: The Carmel School Skates Past Legacy Academy with Ease

The Carmel School put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Legacy Academy, posting a 93-61 victory. That 32 point margin sets a new team best for the Wildcats this season.

The Carmel School's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Nicolo Passalacqua led the charge by dropping a double-double on 28 points and 15 rebounds. Passalacqua is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: he's pulled down at least ten every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Jordan Watson, who went 9 of 18 en route to 24 points.

Despite the loss, Legacy Academy still got an impressive performance from Brandon Hill, who went 7 of 15 on his way to 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of John Jackson, who posted eight points and seven rebounds.
