Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fontana). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Notre Dame Titans 50-0 on the road. The result was nothing new for the Steelers, who have now won four matches by 20 points or more so far this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Fontana to victory, but perhaps none more so than Christian Perez, who rushed for 26 yards and two touchdowns. Akari Augustine was in the mix too, providing Fontana with two touchdowns.

Fontana wouldn't let Notre Dame keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Fontana can thank John Flores and Winston Velasquez for forcing both of them.

Fontana now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Notre Dame, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fontana will venture away from home to square off against Carter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Carter will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Fontana surely won't give up without a fight. As for Notre Dame, they are taking a road trip to challenge Arroyo Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
