Ben Lindsmith Game Report: @ Sleepy Eye/St. Mary's

Passers beware: Ben Lindsmith came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also picked up 53 receiving yards, and also rushed for 30 yards as Mayer Lutheran took down Sleepy Eye/St. Mary 29-14. We hope Lindsmith's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Lindsmith and Mayer Lutheran will be playing in front of their home fans against Cleveland/Immanuel Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cleveland/Immanuel Lutheran will enter the matchup having just beaten St. James, so Mayer Lutheran will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
