Soccer Game Preview: Union vs. Morgan

The Union Cougars will take on the Morgan Trojans at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Having struggled with seven defeats in a row, Union turned things around against Summit Academy on Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Bears a 3-0 shutout. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Union were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Morgan made sure to put some goals up on the board against Judge Memorial Catholic on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 6-1 margin over the Bulldogs. Morgan might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by three goals or more this season.

Morgan's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Union, their victory bumped their record up to 6-8.
