Basketball Recap: Medway Takes a Loss

If Medway was riding high fresh off their 67-22 takedown of Ashland last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Medway Mustangs fell just short of the Norwood Mustangs by a score of 51-48 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss Medway has suffered since February 15, 2024.

Medway's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Norwood, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Medway will face off against Dedham at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Norwood, they will square off against Foxborough at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
