Volleyball Recap: Ansonia Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

There's no place like home for Ansonia, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Springfield Wildcats on Saturday.

Ansonia pushed their record up to 4-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Springfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.

Coincidentally, Ansonia and Springfield will both be playing Mississinawa Valley the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will head out to face the Blackhawks at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Tigers will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
