Soccer Recap: Glenn Comes Up Short

If Glenn was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Kouts on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Falcons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the La Porte Slicers on Monday. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Glenn couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Finn Chamberlin, who's now up to four this season.

Glenn's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3-1. As for La Porte, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glenn will face off against LaVille at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for La Porte, they will take on Marquette Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
