Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Whittier RVT). Their defense stepped up to hand the Lowell Red Raiders a 3-0 shutout on Wednesday. The win was some much needed relief for Whittier RVT as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.
